Data Privacy
Talent enters their criteria upon launching onto the platform, and hiring users establish an account. Users must accept terms-and-conditions to establish a log-in. Data privacy, data accuracy and quality standards are at the forefront of HireScale.
Ratings
A built-in rating system optimizes results and highlights qualifications. Talent starts with references and then collects employer reviews as they engage. The cumulative rating system helps talent showcase their skills and helps employers make hiring decisions!
HireScale Verified
Work users can gain credibility and increase their views by becoming HireScale Verified.

1099 Eligibility
A business entity is required for proper classification as an independent contractor. This is validated through the sign-up process to minimize risk for the hiring companies and to align 1099 workers with taxation, legal and billing requirements.
